Navigating in the app

Making the most of it

The app has five tabs along the bottom: Today, Coaching, Inbox, My Library, and You.


Today shows everything scheduled for the day in one place—workouts, tasks, and reminders.


Coaching is your training calendar. See upcoming sessions, move them around if needed, and review what you’ve already completed.


Inbox lets you contact me directly for questions, feedback, or form checks.


My Library is where you’ll find all studio content: programmes, workouts, and resources. Studio Programs are 3+ week plans; tap Start Program to add every session to your calendar. Workout Collections are single or structured sessions you can do on their own or slot into your week. Explore by strength, mobility, or conditioning.

Scheduling & Rearranging Workouts

Using the calendar

From Workout Collection - you can either do it right away or schedule it on your calendar.


On the Coaching Tab - you can re-schedule workouts by clicking the icon in the top right of the screen. You can then drag to rearrange sessions as you need.


Using the timer in workouts

Being efficient

Tap the time prescribed in the workout. This will reveal the timer and stopwatch. Just click start. You can also easily use the stopwatch or change the timer length.

If there is no time prescribed you can also acces the timer/stopwatch by clicking the watch in the top right hand courner of the app (when doing a workout).

Unsubscribing

Managing payment details

You can view your purchases, manage the credit cards used and cancel recurring subscriptions by logging in on the web at client.everfit.io/login.


After you log in, you will see the list of purchases made, and for recurring purchases, you will be able to update your credit card on file.
